Kerry extends Jordan visit to promote peace talks

US Secretary of State John Kerry will extend his Middle East visit in order to ensure the efforts to renew peace talks bear fruit.
A senior state department official said that the Americans intend on staying in Amman until Thursday evening and ever after if it proves necessary. (AFP)
