The Office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has denied a Reuters report stating that Israel has agreed to open negotiations with the Palestinians based on 1967 lines. Earlier, a senior Israeli source has been quoted as saying that Israel had agreed to negotiations based on the ’67 lines in exchange for land swaps and the Palestinians’ recognition of Israel as a Jewish state.
