Palestinian sources in Ramallah told Ynet that the PLO's executive committee decided to delay its answer regarding the resumption of talks with Israel and form a committee to discuss the improving of the outline US State Secretary John Kerry offered Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
According to the sources, Abbas voiced his support of Kerry's outline before the Fatah central committee, and won its unanimous support. However, the PLO's executive committee could not come to an agreement and decided to delay its answer. (Elior Levy)
