Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon said that "the place of armies will be taken in the coming years by armed, uninhibited terror groups which will try and harm us with terror and rockets."
"The battles we've had of army versus army, the last time 40 years ago during the Yom Kippur War, are turning less relevant by the day," he added. (Gilad Morag)
