UN group: Israel 14th in innovation index

The World Intellectual Property Organization of the United Nations, WIPO, published the Global Innovation Index Report for 2013 (index GII), and in it, Israel was ranked 14th in the world.
The GII index measures the degree of investment of countries in factors that support and promote technological innovation, while examining the effectiveness of that investment. (Ynet)
