The Northern District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against three family members from the town of Bir al-Maksur, for breaking into a northern army base’s armory twice and stealing five M-16 guns and ten cartridges.
The indictment filed in Nazareth District Court shows that in one case, the accused tied up a soldier guarding the armory and stole his weapon while using threats. Against their relative, a soldier serving at the base who collaborated with them, charges will be filed in military court. (Ahiya Raved)
