Egyptian reports: Morsi supporters, opponents clash in Cairo

Egyptian media outlets reported that supporters of ousted President Mohamed Morsi are confronting protestors in Tahrir Square in Cairo. The Alarabiya network reported that clashes began after pro-Muslim Brotherhood demonstrators tried to break into the square.

According to the al-Youm al-Sabaa newspaper, gun shots were heard in the area. (Roi Kais)
