Prosecution examines evidence gathered against Nochi Dankner
Israel Securities Authoriry (ISA) has completed its investigation of businessman Noch Dankner and other officials on suspicion of share and option offering fraud committed by IDB last year. The investigation details were transferred to the examination of Tel Aviv Prosecutor's Office.
The open investigation began last November following an inquiry by the ISA's Investigations, Intelligence and Market Surveillance Department. (Guy Ben Simon, Calcalist)
