Knesset speaker slams haredi behavior at draft bill hearing

Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein condemned the behavior of haredi Knesset Members during the approval of the draft bill, which peaked when MK Meir Porush (United Torah Judaism) cuffed himself to the plenary podium.
"The Knesset has always been dear to me and I took what happened Monday night personally. It was despicable and out of place," said Edelstein and announced he will complain against the haredi MKs at the Knesset's Ethics Committee. (Moran Azulay)
