Peres: Not afraid of a referendum
President Shimon Peres said that he does not rule out the possibility of a referendum being held regarding a future peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. Peres added that he was not worried about a referendum, because he believed that most people were in favor of peace – not only on the Israeli side, but on the Palestinian as well.
