Russian report: Chabad emissary shot in Dagestan

Russian news agency Interfax reported that a Chabad emissary was shot in the city of Derbent in the Republic of Degestan, Russia. According to the report, an anonymous person shot the 65-year-old man when he left his car and was about to enter his home at night.
