Medical plane headed to Russia to treat injured Chabad envoy

A medical aircraft will take off to Makhachkala, the capital of Russia's Dagestan, in order to treat Chabad emissary, Rabbi Ovadia Isakov, who was severely injured after being shot at his house's doorstep.
If his condition stabilizes, he will be able fly back to Israel and receive treatment in an Israeli hospital. (Itamar Fleishman)
