A senior Palestinian official involved in talks to get peace negotiations back on track told Ynet that the Palestinians have yet to decide if to return to negotiations next week as was previously reported.
"We will confirm our participation only when the government of Israel confirms the release of 103 prisoners, 24 of which are Israeli Arabs," he said. (Elior Levy)
