Report: Brotherhood demonstrations dispersed by Tuesday

Senior Egyptian officials told the Saudi newspaper Al-Ocaz that Muslim Brotherhood strikes which began over the Sabbath in Cairo would be broken up by Tuesday. According to the sources, "The army and the police are trying to determine the best means to implement dispersion without being dragged into violence by the Muslim Brotherhood."
Egypt's Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim said over the weekend that Saturday strikes would be broken up soon and legally. (Roi Kais)
