Budget talks to conclude around midnight

The opposition has agreed to withdraw the reservations it submitted with regards to the State Budget and allow the Knesset to vote on it at around midnight.
In return, the coalition agreed to set up a special team that will discuss the Governance Bill clause calling to raise the electoral threshold to 4%. (Moran Azulay)
