IPS considers granting leave to Moshe Katsav
The Israeli Prison Service is considering granting leave to former president, Moshe Katsav.
Katsav is serving a seven-year prison sentence for rape and sexual harassment, and his leave is considered despite the fact he has not expressed remorse. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
