Livni: Peace talks not entered thinking of new Middle East
None
Justice Minister Tzipi Livni told Ynet that "We're not entering this process out of euphoria or thinking that there will be a new Middle East."
Livni refused to say whether the US gave warranties to the sides, meant to ensure the talks continuation. "The process creates a partnership which is very important to us to handle the main threats. There's a chance to form an alliance against the extremists. The aim is to reach an agreement, not only to hold negotiations," she said. (Attila Somfalvi)
