Military court convicts soldier of raping fellow soldier in base

A soldier who serves as a driver in the Air Force was convicted of raping a soldier serving with him. According to the indictment, the two were already acquainted, and the man raped her in his barrack room in the base.

The military court dismissed all the defense's claims and ruled that the accused was aware that the soldier is uninterested in having intercourse with him and forced his way on her. (Yoav Zitun)
