None

The Knesset plenum passed on its first reading the first part of the Governance Bill, filed by MKs David Rotem (Yisrael Beiteinu) and Ronen Hoffman (Yesh Atid), with 63 voting for the bill and 46 against.

The part that passed the vote limits the number of government minister to 19, including the prime minister, and the number of deputy minister to four. The vote on the raising of the election threshold has yet to be held. (Attila Somfalvi)
