En banc High Court to discuss petition against natural gas export
Supreme Court President Asher Grunis decided to discuss the petition against the government's decision to export 40% of natural gas with an extended bench of justices. In his decision, Grunis noted that the issue raised in the petition is a "grave quaestion".
The petition was filed by Knesset members and organizations in request to require the government to transfer the decision to the Knesset in order to have a more thorough discussion of the subject. (Aviel Magnezi)
