South Tel Aviv residents rally in front of Supreme Court
Dozens of south Tel Aviv residents are rallying in front of the Supreme Court in demand to not cancel the procedure that allows the prolonged imprisonment of infiltrators and asylum seekers suspected of criminal activity. The protesters are waving signs reading "We're jailed without trial" and "This is Israel, not Africa".
The Supreme Court will discuss the appeal filed by aid organizations against the Beersheba District Court ruling that allows the continued imprisonment of an infiltrator by this procedure. (Omri Efraim)
