Avihail murder: 1 of 4 suspects to become State witness
The Central District Prosecutor's Office filed a prosecutor's statement at the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court against three of the four Palestinians suspected of murdering 61-year-old Itzik Algabi. One of the suspects will testify against the others as a State witness,
According to the prosecutor's statement, the suspects stabbed Algabi to death after he entered his home, which they had broken into, in Avihail. The suspects' attorneys denied all allegations. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
