German FM: We'll judge Rohani by actions, not words

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said he hopes to see progress in nuclear negotiations between the West and Iran after Hassan Rohani officially assumes the role of president.
Westerwelle said that Rohani's election is a chance to break the deadlock but stressed that Germany will judge his government by its actions, not its words. (AFP)
