Yuli Edelstein: Yitzhak Berman was icon of reliability, sensitivity
Knesset Speak Yuli Edelstein eulogized Yitzhak Berman, the ninth Knesset speaker of the State of Israel who passed away at the age of 100. "Yitzhak Berman was an icon of reliable and sensitive leadership, adorned by integrity and humility," he said.
Edelstein added that "the pain of his loss is the pain of the loss of an entire generation that invested everything in establishing the State of Israel, and making it a strong and robust state with a strong-rooted democratic tradition." (Moran Azulay)
