Police arrest soldier, citizen for selling arms to criminals
The police have arrested a soldier and an additional man for allegedly selling arms to criminals. The soldier, in his 20s, was arrested in wake of a joint undercover operation conducted by the Yarkon District Police and the IDF's Special Investigation Unit.
The citizen will be brought before a Tel Aviv Magistrate Court judge for extension of remand Tuesday and the soldier will face a similar proceeding Wednesday by a military tribunal. (Eli Senyor)
