The National Labor Federation has announced a labor dispute between the Mental Health Service and the Health Ministry. The dispute concerns 3,600 mental health professional, of which 800 are psychologists.
The call was taken in wake of the government and ministry's decision to continue to outsource mental health care services to HMOs without consulting with the Mental Health Service or negotiating with them regarding the move's implications for worker's conditions and salaries.
