Rabbi Motti Elon convicted of indecent assault on minor

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court convicted Rabbi Motti Elon, a religious Zionist leader, of committing an indecent act against a minor. The indictment claims that the rabbi hugged the then 17-year-old minor, “and continued stroking him on various body parts, and kissed his face for a prolonged time in order to achieve to sexual stimulation."

The court also ordered that Elon be evaluated and it be determined whether he is a danger to society, prior to his sentencing date.  (Aviel Magnezi)
