The budget deficit, calculated one year back, stood at NIS 36.4 billion, or about 3.8% of GDP, according to data from the Finance Ministry. Figures indicate that tax revenues in July totaled NIS 23.2 billion, compared to NIS 20.2 billion in July of last 2012. (Ynet)
