State to High Court: Reject petition against terrorist release
The State asked the High Court to reject the appeal filed by the bereaved families and victims organization Almagor, against the release of Palestinian terrorists, as part of the renewal of negotiations.
"This is a purely political matter which is completely within the executive authority and the court refrains from getting involved in it, again and again," wrote the State in response to the High Court. (Aviel Magnezi)
