The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court allowed publication of part of the verdict given in the trial of Rabbi Moti Elon, convicted of indecent assault against a minor.
"I accept the testimony of A and believe her. The witness is reliable and her testimony logical. The difficulties raised by the defense do not result in reasonable doubt," wrote Deputy Chief of the Magistrate's Court, Hagit Mack-Kalmanovitz. (Aviel Magnezi)
