AOL buys Israeli Adap.tv at $405 million

The Israeli-American company Adap.tv which develops tools for online video advertising networks has been acquired by AOL for $405 million.
Adap.tv was established in 2007 with a focus on online video advertising campaigns, but with the growth of the field has became an advertising exchange, bridging between content providers and advertisers. Its automatic platform can also perform analysis of exposure and predict behavior. (Assaf Gilad, Calcalist)
