A 10-year-old boy, most likely from East Jerusalem, was pulled from the water after drowning opposite a beach in southern Tel Aviv.
The boy is in critical condition and Magen David Adom evacuated him to Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. (Eli Senyor)
