MK Gal-On: New housing units will destroy negotiations
Meretz Chairwoman Knesset Member Zahava Gal-On addressed the decision of Housing Minister Uri Ariel to market more than 1,000 housing units in Jerusalem and the West Bank.
"Constructing thousands of units in settlements is a roadside bomb that the government is laying in order to destroy the peace talks. There will not be an agreement with the Palestinians as long as the construction there continues, and there will not be a peace treaty that is not based on the 1967 border lines with land swaps and the division of Jerusalem," Gal-On said.
