General Martin Dempsey lands in Israel
Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey landed at Ben Gurion Airport as part of a visit in which the general will be a guest of IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz.
During the visit, Dempsey will meet with senior IDF officers, and will discuss the strengthening of military cooperation between the two armies and other security issues. Dempsey will also meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon. (Yoav Zitun)
