UN Secretary General against drone use for assassination

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon criticized the United States' use of drones in attacks.

In a speech in Pakistan, where the US uses drones in order to eliminate terrorist suspects, Ban Ki-moon stated: "The only goal of unarmed aircrafts is photography. Their use as a weapon must be subject to international humanitarian law." (AFP)
