Report: Hamas bans prisoner release celebrations in Gaza
The Hamas government in Gaza has banned celebrations releated to the Palestinian prisoners expected to be released Tuesday night as part of peace talks renewal, the Palestinian news agency WAP reported.
According to the report, Hamas banned an event planned by the Fatah movement in Khan Yunis and warned printing presses not to publish posters for the event or related to the release of prisoners. (Nimrod Semmel)
