An Egyptian Health Ministry spokesman said only 26 civilians have been injured in the Cairo protests Wednesday, and no civilians have been killed, CNN reported. Earlier, the Muslim Brotherhood claimed 120 protesters were killed and more than 800 injured. (Ynet)
