Minister Gideon Sa'ar criticized the Education Ministry's decision to cancel national standardized tests (NST) in the upcoming school year, saying it sends a message that "achievements and results are not important."
Sa'ar, who served as education minister in the previous government, told Ynet: "We must deal with the negative side effects of the NST without throwing out the baby with the bath water." (Attila Somfalvi)
