Yachimovich tells Ban anti-Israel sanctions during talks wrong

Opposition Chairwoman Sheely Yachimovich met with United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, who is visiting Israel, and told him that the international community should take a positive approach during the peace negotiations and encourage the sides, rather than take steps which include sanctions against Israel.
Yachimovich further said that she appreciated Ban's efforts to achieve peace, adding that she would support Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "as long as the negotiations progress and bear real fruit." (Moran Azulay)
