North Korea agrees on talks on family reunions

North Korea has accepted South Korea's offer for talks on holding a reunion of families separated by war. But Pyongyang has proposed separate talks on resuming South Korean-run tours in North Korea, implying the country wants a restart of the lucrative tours in turn for it allowing the reunions.
An unidentified spokesman at Pyongyang's Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea issued the statement via state media Sunday, two days after South Korea offered Red Cross talks on the reunions. (AP)
