5 arrested on suspicion of setting fires in Segev Shalom
Five people were arrested on suspicion of setting fire to two houses Monday afternoon in Segev Shalom, near Beersheba. According to reports, they shot at area residents after setting fire to the homes.
Police arrested the suspects before they fled from the town. One of the suspects incriminated himself in the arson of houses and identified the other suspects who were with him. The motivation for the fires is believed to be connected to a murder that took place on Sunday in the town. (Ilana Curiel)
