Report: Assad offers Nasrallah condolences after Beirut attack

Hezbollah officials told the Kuwaiti newspaper Alrai that Syria's President Bashar Assad spoke on the phone with Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah after the fatal attack in Beirut's southern suburb last week and expressed his condolences.
According to the report, Assad also expressed Syria's full commitment to cooperate with Lebanese security establishments and Hezbollah leadership and provide them with information about Syrian organizations that may have been involved in planning the attack. (Roi Kais)
