Police arrested an Arab man under suspicion that he set fire to a Jewish resident's car in Jerusalem's Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
Local firefighting forces extinguished the fire. Heavy damage was caused to the vehicle. The circumstances behind the event are still unclear. (Noam Dvir)
