Rise in high school students passing matriculation exams

The percentage of high school students who successfully passed their matriculation exams rose by 1.7% in comparison to the previous school year, and currently stands at 49.8% of all high school students. That is an overall 3.5% hike in the last five years.
The data was presented in a joint preconference held by Education Minister Shai Piron together with his predecessor and current Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar. (Gilad Morag)
