Ya'alon: Even ousting Assad will not end Syrian conflict
None
Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon has said in response to the Syrian army's alleged chemical attack against the rebels that "the use of chemical weapons by the regime is not a first. Even ousting (President Bashar) Assad will not lead to the end of the Syrian conflict, since there are now battles between different factions in the state."
Ya'alon added that on the Israeli border, the Syrian rebels have already taken over 80% of the area between the states. (Yoav Zitun)
