Iranian Foreign Minister Mohamed Zarif denied the Syrian opposition claims that the Assad regime is responsible for the chemical attack on Wednesday in the Damascus suburbs, the Iranian news agency IRNA reported.
"If there was such an act, it's certain terror elements are responsible," Zarif said. According to the Syrian opposition, 1,300 people were killed in the attack. (AFP)
