Akko municipality opens bomb shelters on own initiative

The Akko municipality has opened up bomb shelters throughout the city and has begun operating the city's war room.
The decision was taken indecently by the municipality despite the fact that the Homer Front Command did not issue a command to do so. (Ahiya Raved)
