Northern commander meets Holocaust survivors at site of rocket hit
GOC Northern Command Major General Yair Golan arrived at the Western Galilee community where one of the rockets fired from Lebanon hit and caused shrapnel damage to an adjacent home for the aged.
A number of holocaust survivors who reside in the home told Golan "maybe on the radio there is panic, but we are calm and in control. We have seen worst." The rocket, 122 mm in size, caused a large hole in front of the home. Beforehand, Golan also visited Gesher HaZiv were an additional rocket hit. (Ahiya Raved)
