The Lebanese health minister told a local TV channel that the death count from the twin bombings in the city of Tripoli has mounted to 27, with at least 358 wounded.

Meanwhile, a top member of the anti-Hezbollah Al-Mustaqbal movement, Mustafa Alloush, said in response that the attacks' perpetrators are Nasrallah's accomplices. The Lebanese parliament speaker, Nabih Berri, added that those who bombed Tripoli "are the same murderous hand that left its fingerprints in the Dahiyeh bombing in Beirut." (Roi Kais, Reuters)
