Hezbollah says Tripoli blasts 'attempt to foment civil war'

Hezbollah issued a response to the Tripoli blasts, which killed at least 27 people and wounded more than 350, saying that "it is the implementation of an abhorrent plan to plant the seeds of civil war between the Lebanese."
